As a real estate agent in New Hampshire, you are required to take a 15-hour continuing education every 2 years.

This is to renew your license and keep you updated on the latest real estate regulations, helping you become more successful in your career.

Nowadays, you don’t need to physically go to a school to complete your CE requirements. Everything can be done online for your convenience!

In New Hampshire, there are limited online real estate schools that offer continuing education courses.

To help you choose, we reviewed the best real estate continuing education in New Hampshire. This way, you’ll be able to determine which one will suit your needs and preferences.

The 4 Best Online Real Estate Courses For Continuing Education in New Hampshire

For your convenience, we listed the top real estate continuing education providers in New Hampshire. Here they are:

  1. McKissock
  2. The CE Shop
  3. AYPO Real Estate
  4. The Real Estate Group

Let’s discuss each one!

McKissock

Online Real Estate Continuing Education in New Hampshire McKissock

Most probably, you’ve already heard of McKissock. It’s the sister company of another credible real estate school — Colibri Real Estate. They have been offering top-notch continuing education courses in all 50 states, plus the District of Columbia.

If you’re looking to enhance your real estate skills and knowledge, you can check out the NH Mckissock CE PLUS Membership. This gives you unlimited access to ALL the CE courses available in New Hampshire.

You’ll also have access to other materials like job aids, coaching tools, and webinars. This excellent deal is valid for 1 year and costs around *$182.

McKissock also offers 15-hour CE packages at an affordable price. You can customize the package by swapping courses for another elective that interests you more. You can even purchase individual courses or attend live webinars.

Online Real Estate Continuing Education in New Hampshire The CE Shop

The CE Shop started offering their real estate courses in 2005.

As their name suggests, they specialize in continuing education. That’s why their CE courses are available in all 50 states.

The CE packages they offer in New Hampshire are the 12-Hr Elective Package and the 15-hr NH CE Package. You can also purchase individual courses at around *$29.

If you hate long reading materials, you’ll appreciate how The CE Shop broke down each chapter into smaller sections to make it more user-friendly. Not to mention, this also makes it easier to digest and retain information.

What makes them a popular option is their high passing rates. It says a lot about the quality of the courses they offer.

If the course doesn’t meet your expectations, you are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase and if the course isn’t 50% finished.

Online Real Estate Continuing Education in New Hampshire AYPO

If you’re looking for a straightforward CE course, take a look at AYPO Real Estate

Their interface is user-friendly and simple. You won’t have a hard time navigating through their site and course content.

They offer the full 15-hour CE course package for real estate license holders in New Hampshire. If you’re just looking to complete your CE CORE requirements with them, they have a package that offers the required NH 3 Hour CORE Course for a much cheaper price.

You’ll also have the option to purchase individual courses, which is great because you won’t have to spend on a course that you don’t need.

However, their courses are not as interactive as other schools on this list. Courses are written in a simple but informative way.

If you’re not satisfied with your experience with them, just give them a call. They offer a 100% refund on any course (Terms and Conditions apply).

Here’s a quick walkthrough video you can watch:

The Real Estate Learning Group

The Real Estate Learning Group provides top-notch online continuing education courses in New Hampshire.

Instead of offering CE packages, they offer 3-hour elective courses. They make it clear that they don’t offer the CORE courses needed to complete the CE requirements in New Hampshire.

Their lessons are engaging and interactive. However, most students find their platform outdated and not as user-friendly as other schools.

What’s great is that you have two learning styles to choose from. You can study your CE electives online or you can study them through Livestream.

The Livestream option is great if you need a live instructor to help you. However, the schedules won’t be as flexible as when you do the course completely online.

If you haven’t started the course yet and want to cancel your online classes, simply request a cancellation within 30 days from the date of registration. Take note that once you begin the course, you’re not eligible for a refund.

For Livestream CE courses, refund requests must be made 72 hours before the class starts.

However, there are only limited online real estate schools that offer CE courses for New Hampshire.

What are the Continuing Education Requirements in New Hampshire?

In New Hampshire, real estate agents must renew their license every two years on the anniversary of their original license date.

You must complete a 12-hour CE education with approved courses if you will renew your license for the first time on or after January 21, 2023.

For active licensees, the CE courses required are 3-hour CORE courses and 12-hour elective courses.

Is Online Real Estate School Better than an In-Person School?

If you’re looking for a flexible and convenient way to complete your continuing education requirements in New Hampshire, an online real estate school might be the right option for you.

With online schools, you can access and take the courses any time of the day, using any device. Aside from that, you can also get customer support via email, phone, or live chat. You can also finish the courses earlier compared to traditional learning.

If you think that traditional face-to-face is more effective for you, you can explore your choices for in-person real estate continuing education. You’ll get a fixed schedule and have to attend classes physically. The advantage is you get to meet your instructors and fellow students in person.

Both options are great. But overall, it will depend on the type of learning where you are most comfortable.

Conclusion

Renewing your license is easier nowadays. Our technology is continuing to advance every single day to make our lives easier. Gone are the days when you were required to sit in class just to complete your continuing education requirements in New Hampshire.

The online real estate schools that we listed are all state-approved and have everything you need to renew your license.

Good luck!
