From studying to taking the final exam, AceableAgent is a 100% online school.
You’ll never have to set foot in a classroom ever again. You won’t even have to go to a testing center to take the final exam.
Now, unless you have a hard time focusing while studying at home, there’s no reason to choose an offline course instead.
Online schools are faster, more convenient, AND cheaper (starting at $420 for Texas, or $119 for California).
Pro: AceableAgent is One of the Newest Online Real Estate Schools
Aceable started in 2014 as an online traffic school/driver’s ed.
In an industry full of outdated curriculums, Aceable’s modern platform quickly became one of the go-to’s for quick-and-easy ticket dismissals.
A few years later, in 2017, they launched AceableAgent with the same idea – provide aspiring real estate agents with a fresh, modern online school.
Being new comes with some disadvantages. They aren’t serving as many states as older online schools are.
However, their modern course is something that sets them apart from others.
Pro: AceableAgent is a Highly-Modern Course
If you think studying a real estate course sounds boring, wait until you see what Aceable has in store.

However, the good news is that they’re continually working on adding new states. So if you’re not in one of these 11 states, it might not be long for them to have a real estate pre-licensing course for you!
Con: Aceable Agent Has Limited Continuing Education Courses
Another problem with AceableAgent is that its continuing education is almost nonexistent.
To date, they only have continuing education courses for New York and Texas.
Again, they are working on getting registered and approved in several states.
But for now, most people who want to renew or upgrade their licenses will have to study at another school.
That’s the biggest issue with AceableAgent. If you put them head-to-head with a school like Colibri Real Estate, you’ll see how many states they aren’t covering:

It’s divided into small segments, which makes all the information very easy to grasp and memorize.
What’s more, you can grab Aceable’s exam prep guide. This allows you to practice all you want for your state’s final exam.
All this, plus its engaging and easy-to-understand course, makes Aceable students some of the bests out there.

Go to any review website, and you’ll find AceableAgent with at least 4 out of 5 stars.
It’s rated 4.4 stars on Google, 4.9 stars on Apple, and 4.6 on Facebook.
It’s rare to find someone who hated it – which is impressive for an online real estate school.
Contrast that to other schools, which continuously get harsh reviews for being outdated.
Con: AceableAgent Has No Physical Textbooks
Of course, a few people aren’t too pleased with the “goofy” style of Aceable:
