Aceable Agent is a newcomer to my list of the best online real estate license schools. I normally only recommend going with an online real estate license school that has been around for a while, but Aceable Agent is an exception.
This online real estate license school first launched in 2017, so it is a very new program. It turns out, in this case, that’s a good thing. It is the most advanced online real estate license school I’ve ever seen. The training has taken things to the next level. There are videos, animations, graphics, special interactive quizzes, and tests, etc.
Aceable Agent is actually my favorite online real estate license school The only reason I’ve listed them #3 here is that they aren’t certified in many states yet. You can see if your state is included here. If your state is included, this is no doubt the absolute best option you can go with.
As with any of the other real estate schools on this list, you can complete the coursework at your own pace, from anywhere with an internet connection. They also provide 1-on-1 coaching, placement assistance, and many other resources you’ll need as you begin your new career.

Kaplan Real Estate Education
Kaplan Real Estate Education (or Kapre) is a real estate education provider that offers pre-licensing courses across various states in the US. The school was founded in 1938 and has remained one of the biggest online education providers in over 28 countries.
I added Kapre to this list because they have GREAT things to offer. For starters, their instructors are practicing real estate professionals, so students get to interact and connect with experts. This makes the learning experience more hands-on and collaborative.
What’s more, the courses offered by Kapre include an interactive study group, where you can meet and discuss the topics with other students and instructors.
But what really stands out about Kapre is their learning formats. You can choose from 3 – Home Study, OnDemand, or Live Online.
If you prefer physical textbooks, then Home Study is a great option. You can take the quizzes and exams online through your Kapre account.
If you’re a visual learner, then the OnDemand format is an online, video course. You watch the pre-recorded videos and learn your lessons.
Finally, there is the Live Online format. Here, you get the best of both worlds — you can study from the comfort of your home, but with a live instructor to aid you.
Just note, not all these formats are available in the states they cater to.
It’s also worth noting that Kapre isn’t the go-to option for those on a budget, as their prices are relatively higher than a lot of online real estate schools.
If you’re planning to ship the learning materials to your home, the shipping fees don’t come with the course prices, which isn’t a deal breaker but it would be nice to see it included.
But besides that, Kapre is a great, great choice!
