Colibri Real Estate is the course I personally used to study for my real estate license exam. I found this course to be pretty easy to follow and they did a good job preparing me for the actual real estate license exam. Colibri Real Estate is mostly a text-based course, so if you prefer to study via text and don’t want a lot of videos, this could be your best option. In fact, when I signed up, I went with a package that includes physical textbooks along with the online material. Call me old school, but I really enjoyed the ability to highlight and scribble in an actual book.
Colibri Real Estate is accredited by both ARELLO and IDECC. Since they’ve been around for so long, literally thousands of students have used this course to obtain their Michigan real estate license. I really enjoyed their live classroom sessions with instructors ready to answer questions. I was also given a personal instructor who was available via email with about a 24hr response time. And finally, the student forums also offered opportunities to form study groups, ask questions, and get responses from instructors.
While Colibri Real Estate does not have an app you can download, it works pretty well on mobile devices by simply using a web browser. I do think the course works much better on a laptop or PC though.
