For its qualifying education (QE) in Rhode Island, you can select online or Livestream packages.

The online packages allow you to complete your studies at your own pace. You can study whenever you want, wherever you want.

Here are the online packages you can choose from:

  • RI QE Unlimited Learning Subscription – this is recommended for students who want to get their first appraiser license OR those who want to upgrade their existing appraisal license. Here, you get a whole lot of resources, including a 1-year unlimited access, an online appraisal community, 300 hours of QE and CE courses, and so much more.
  • 79-hr TR Get Started Package – as the name suggests, this is the package to get started. You will get the required QE courses, including the Supervisor-Trainee Course (USPAP), the required proctored exam, customer support, and more.

You can also go for McKissock’s exclusive Livestream packages. This allows you to study online but with a more traditional classroom setup.

At the moment, they offer 2 Livestream packages that come with experienced instructors, all the required courses, proctored exams, completion certificates, etc.

What’s great about the Appraisal Institute is that you can choose from several learning formats.

You can study your QE courses through classroom education programs from the Massachusettes, Rhode Island, and Maine Chapter.

If you’re looking for convenience and flexibility, then you can go for online education

What’s more, you can also pick Livestreams or webinars

So whichever way you want to learn, you can get it with Appraisal Institute. Plus, it’s a great place to advance your career.
