As your real estate career prospers, your hands start to become full.

You’re either meeting a prospect, addressing multiple clients’ needs, hosting open houses, or doing admin work.

Chances are you’ll be working 15 or more hours a day, stuck organizing client data in spreadsheets rather than spending time on more important tasks.

This is where Copper CRM comes in.

Copper Review for Real Estate Copper

Its focus is to let you spend more time closing deals and cultivating relationships by automating your non-value-adding activities.

But is it the right CRM for your real estate workflow?

Let’s find out in our Copper review for real estate. Here, we’ll talk about its features (pros) and drawbacks (cons), as well as pricing.

Let’s get started!

Quick Summary

Do we recommend Copper CRM for real estate?

If you can’t wait until the end of this article, well, we’ll tell you now that yes, we do.

Its simplicity is what makes it an essential tool for a real estate business. No more complex functions, no more extensive training. Copper is easy to set up.

It’s particularly suitable for beginner real estate agents and small businesses, but it could also be an excellent CRM for large brokerages.

Copper Pros and Cons

Copper is a well-known CRM. However, just because it is popular doesn’t mean it’s right for you.

So in this section, we’re going to look at the pros (features) and cons (drawbacks). This way, you’ll be able to way everything in and make a decision.

ProsCons
Ease of use
Google integration
Available on mobile
Outstanding customer service
Limited integration and reporting features on the basic plan

The Pros (Features)

Let’s get into detail about Copper’s pros.

Ease of use

The best thing about Copper is its simplicity. Other CRMs often have overly complex features that most individual users and small businesses don’t even use.

Copper is easy to navigate and won’t even require much training. Its automated data entry and other point-and-click tools provide a better user experience.

It also lets you easily track deals, automate admin tasks, generate reports, and manage projects, as well as contacts and emails all in one place.

Google integration

Copper’s integration with Google is the top reason why it is one of the best platforms for new real estate professionals. It lets you complete your tasks and manage your deliverables in a familiar space – Google Workspace.

With Copper’s Google integration, you’ll never have to miss a client meeting or appointment with a prospect. You can easily save and access files in Google Drive. You can work uninterrupted, without the need to constantly switch between tabs.

Named the best in Google Workspace integration, Copper saves you time by simplifying your job and improving your workflow.

Available on mobile

As a real estate professional, you need to be able to work on the go. Instead of sitting all day in your office, you’re most likely always outside, jumping from client meeting to client meeting.

Copper lets you do that – manage everything on your plate, right on your palms.

Copper’s official mobile app lets you make to-do lists, track and manage your pipelines, connect with everyone on your team in real-time, as well as take notes, assign tasks, and get quick access to whatever information you need.

Outstanding customer service

Another thing users love about Copper is its outstanding customer service.

You can reach out to Copper’s customer support team via email/help desk, ticket submission, phone, and 24/7 live chat. You can also get help from its FAQs/forum section as well as its extensive knowledge base, which offers plenty of self-help guides and articles.

The Cons (Drawbacks)

Copper is a solid choice for a CRM. However, there is one drawback that you’ll have to face. Let’s talk more about it.

Limited integration and reporting features on the basic plan

There isn’t much to dislike about Copper.

Its biggest pitfall, perhaps, is the limited integration and reporting features included in the basic plan.

Apart from User Provisioning or Single Sign-On (SSO), all other integrations such as HubSpot, MailChimp, QuickBooks, WordPress, Zapier, etc. are available in the professional and business plans.

As for the reporting features, only legacy reports are available in the basic plan.

So, if integrations and reporting tools are your priorities for selecting a CRM, you might need to upgrade to a more expensive subscription plan.

Copper Pricing

Copper offers three subscription plans – basic, professional, and business. The monthly fee per user starts at $25, $59, and $119, respectively.

The basic plan allows for a maximum of three seats or users, while the professional and business plans have unlimited seat numbers.

Copper has no free version, but it offers a 14-day trial, which has no limit to the number of seats.

Final Thoughts

It’s pretty clear in the pros and cons table that Copper CRM’s positives outweigh the negatives.

It’s a simple platform that offers simple yet effective solutions.

We highly recommend Copper, especially for real estate agents who have a lot on their hands. Not only does it help its users easily manage their day-to-day tasks, but it also allows them to transition to an automated system without having to spend hours trying to figure out complicated buttons and functions.

Copper is an absolute game-changer. And if you’re in the market for a CRM for your real estate career, Copper is most definitely worth considering.
