This type of email is sent after an open house or private visit.

Using a polite tone, thanking the client for joining the open house tour is the priority of this email.

The second priority is to remind the prospect of the best feature of the house and other interesting things that they might love to check again.

Yes, clients may check those things online, but setting up an appointment with them to check the house privately or give another tour increases the chances that they will choose to buy from you.

I hope you got a good feeling when checking the house, especially the (state the best place on the property. Ex. Pool, dining area, terrace, balcony, etc.) If you have any questions, feel free to reach us back.

Also, I have another property that we can check on the same area that has the same feature that you visited last week. I’d be happy to set up a private visit tour for you and your family!

Thank you!

There are several email templates used by realtors to reach out to their prospects.

Use Open House or Showing Follow-Up Email if you want to follow up with a possible client or prospect. Being polite and open to any questions are recommended in creating the body of the email.

You may use the Low-Interest Rate template if you want to discuss and offer a property to a possible client or prospect. This technique is recommended to get more sales.

Thank you emails are sent to clients that you helped. This is one way for them to feel that you are grateful for helping them.

Lastly, the Potential Sellers email template is used to deal with clients that want to sell instead of buy.
