This type of email is sent after an open house or private visit. 

Using a polite tone, thanking the client for joining the open house tour is the priority of this email. 

The second priority is to remind the prospect of the best feature of the house and other interesting things that they might love to check again.

Yes, clients may check those things online, but setting up an appointment with them to check the house privately or give another tour increases the chances that they will choose to buy from you.

Here is a sample Follow Up Email:

Hi (Client name),

I am glad to meet you at (address or location). Thank you for sharing your thoughts and sparing us some of your precious time.

I hope you got a good feeling when checking the house, especially the (state the best place on the property. Ex. Pool, dining area, terrace, balcony, etc.) If you have any questions, feel free to reach us back.

Also, I have another property that we can check on the same area that has the same feature that you visited last week. I’d be happy to set up a private visit tour for you and your family!

Low-Interest Rate Email Template

This type of email is sent to leads who might be interested to buy or move to a new property with the lowest rates. 

This email can help you gain more sales and close a deal as a lot of clients look for offers with the lowest rates.

Here is the sample email content.

Hello (Client),

I hope you are doing great!

I am writing you this letter to let you know that the interest rates in your area have dropped to (percent).

If you want to know more about it feel free to set up an appointment. I am available at 2 P.M this Friday.

Thank You Email Template

To build a strong relationship with your leads or clients, it’s always good to thank them. Whether for a successful deal or just selecting you to help them find a forever home. 

I mean, these people could have reached out to several real estate agents out there, but they chose you.  Let them feel that you are grateful. You can also offer to help them in processing other requirements related to their purchase as a sign of your gratitude.

Ending the deal on a good note can lead to future deals.

Here is the sample email.

Hello (Client name),

I am happy that you got your new home! I hope you are doing well.

I just want to thank you for choosing me as your realtor and I appreciate your patience, especially in processing some documents.

If you have any concerns in the future, feel free to reach out to me. I will be grateful to help you.

Email Template to Potential Sellers

If you want to offer a deal and gain a new prospect, this is the best template you can use. This type of email is sent to potential sellers.

For example, a client is interested in selling his/her property. You may include in your content how much the cost of the property is based on your research.

Other realtors also include videos attached to the email to get the trust of the prospect.

Don’t forget to use a polite and friendly tone in your email to establish a positive relationship early on.

Here is the sample email.

Hello (Client name),

How are you? I hope you are doing well. I am (Name) working at (name of the business).

I am writing you this email to inform you that the rates in your area have increased. If you’re planning on selling the property, I have a client that is interested in buying the property.

Please feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions. We can also set an appointment so we can discuss this.
