We know this is usual. But IXACT Contact has made these processes (including contact syncing) a lot easier and more seamless. 

And on top of that, they have a mobile app that allows you to handle everything on your phone. 

As far as integrations are concerned, IXACT Contact is partnered with Google Suite, Facebook Leads, Zapier, Zillow, Mailchimp, and other listing and social media sites.

This is available for iOS and Android. Plus, it frequently updates to a better version with fewer bugs and a neater interface.

In terms of usability, this feature is a great help to a lot of real estate agents who are always on the go.

IXACT Contact only has one primary plan which costs as low as $33 a month if you’re paying annually. You can also pay monthly, but this is slightly more expensive.

This plan already includes all the CRM features and email marketing tools that you’ll need to nurture and connect with your contacts. 

However, this plan is more applicable to individual agents. 

If you’re working with a team, you can get Teams Version, which costs $23 a month if you pay annually.

This plan lets you have visibility with your team, lets you create goals, and lets you track each person’s performance. 

Although not as popular as the primary plan of IXACT Contact, this team plan is worth checking out if you have at least one person who helps you manage your real estate business.

We have to say, we are very impressed with IXACT Contact’s customer support team. 

From the free Concierge Setup to the quickly answered questions, our customer experience was pleasant. 

IXACT Contact also has an easy contact syncing feature. You can either connect your accounts or upload your contact list – it just takes you a few steps before getting started. 

And to top it all off, IXACT Contact is affordable. For its price, you get a full CRM suite with marketing tools and a lot of integrations. 

Plus, it offers a free trial for a few weeks. 

IXACT Contact Cons

  • Few integrations included
  • Doesn’t have an SMS feature
  • Creating your marketing campaigns is time-consuming

Unlike other CRMs, IXACT Contact has limited integrations. Sure, it has the basic apps integrated via Zapier, but it’s not as many as you would think. 

Nonetheless, it does have the usual social media and listing apps that will help you get a lot of bases covered. 

As for the SMS feature, unfortunately, IXACT Contact doesn’t have it. You have to rely on its email marketing if you want to connect with your contacts. 

And if you plan to do your own email marketing flows and messages, expect to spend a lot of time doing it. 

This is the same for all CRMs, though, so it’s not only IXACT Contact that has this disadvantage. 

Still, it wouldn’t hurt if they have an easier and more flexible way of creating your workflows and campaigns. 

Final Thoughts

From our observations, IXACT Contact didn’t disappoint in terms of usability, design, features, and price. 

They might even be a great choice for real estate agents who want to have their first try at using CRMs.
