Reviews

What do students have to say about both Kaplan and Allied Schools?

Well, look at some good and bad reviews.

Here’s one positive one for Kaplan:

Great experience with Kaplan. The instructors (Tabitha and Bobra) are very professional and nice and take the time to answer any of your questions (super responsive)! Would highly recommend!”

Not everyone was very pleased, though. Here’s one negative review of Kaplan:

I passed my real estate salesperson licensing exam yesterday and Overall the course had the information I needed to pass, there are two things that Kaplan just did horribly with, one being the fact that there’s an expiration date on the course, you get six months and you can’t take your time with it, after the six months is up you have to pay for it AGAIN, Second is the way they word their questions for the exams, it’s terrible and is more complicated than it should be. Overall grateful I passed but Kaplan gotta step it up.”

Here are some positive reviews for Allied Schools:

Excellent service. Challenging curriculum. Study at your own pace. Passed Real Estate Salesperson exam on first try!! I highly recommend Allied Schools.”

“Don’t keep reading about other schools! This is the school YOU NEED!!!

I worked with Soledad Lam and let me tell you that was my best move!  She was amazing to work with and helped me out tremendously every step of the way.

I had no idea how to proceed and she guided me BEFORE and AFTER my purchase of the real estate course.

She saved me a ton of time and prevented me from doing things the wrong way.”

And here is a negative review of Allied Schools:

“one major issue. When you’re done with your 45 hours, you have to perform the tedious task of hunting down each certificate, then entering it into the CA RE license renewal website. Other schools make this easier. Why not design the course website to automatically track and load these completed courses into the CA RE website? It’s really unnecessary, and quite lazy of Allied’s part to not automate the renewal process. If not for that, it would have gotten 5 stars.”
