What can I say about McKissock?
They have been in the business since 1990 and are one of the pioneers in providing online real estate education. This alone guarantees that they know what they are doing.
Through high-quality course content and flexible CE course options, they have been helping thousands of real estate professionals advance their careers every 2 years. You can be part of these thousands, too.
If you read reviews from their former students, you’ll see how satisfied they were with how easy it was to navigate the learning platform. They always happily recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable CE course.
What are the course options?
McKissock has 2 basic 16-hour CE course packages, priced a little under $100 each. The difference between the 2 packages is that one has the NAR Ethics course.
They also have individual mandatory and elective CE courses (price ranges from around $20 to $60) and webinars for under $100 (non-credit) which focus on covering hot topics and career-oriented skills with industry experts.
For the best value, though, you should go for their MS CE PLUS Membership package.
For just around $150, you get 1-year unlimited access to all CE courses in Mississippi, along with awesome PRO-webinars, how-to videos, 100+ job aids, and even a Sherri Johnson 90-day Boot Camp.
Talk about value!
Next up on my list is the Mississippi Realtors Institute. Another bigwig in the Mississippi real estate education industry.
They are the only real estate school in Mississippi with over 40 years of service. They have helped hundreds of thousands of students get their real estate licenses and complete their continuing education requirements for license renewals.
Because they have been providing real estate courses for decades, you might be thinking that they’re stuck in their “old-school”, classroom-based teaching.
But you would be wrong!
In fact, Mississippi Realtors Institute offers both online and in-person classes to cater to students that have a specific learning preference!
Another surprising fact is that the Mississippi Realtors Institute does not charge an arm and a leg for their programs. Yes, despite their vast experience in real estate, they still keep their courses at fair prices.
What if you already took some of your CE classes from a different real estate school? Don’t worry! The Mississippi Realtors Institute allows its students to choose the subjects they need to meet their continuing education requirements.
3. The CE Shop
As the name suggests, The CE Shop specializes in CE courses for several states.
In Mississippi, they offer a complete 16 hour CE course package for around $100. It covers 8 credit hours of mandatory course requirements, plus 8 hours of CE electives.
They also have several CE individual courses available for you, offered at around $20-30.
As for the course itself, their subject matter materials, supplemental information, and presentation style are well-organized, easy to follow and understand.
In addition, their customer service is very helpful in addressing student concerns.
Meanwhile, 360 Training’s Agent Campus is fairly new in the Real Estate Industry. But since they have provided online education to different industries for years, we can’t say they lack experience.
In Mississippi, they offer an 8-hour CE Elective Course Package for less than $50 - a lot cheaper compared to other 8-hour CE electives packages so far.
They also offer individual CE courses priced around $30-40 each, and you can avail of their Covid-19 awareness course for free.
These courses are all mobile-friendly and self-paced, so you can work on them anywhere, anytime - you only need to connect to the internet.
