Despite its name, you can get Minnesota-approved pre-licensing courses here, too.

And, if you love reading, then Continuing Ed Express might be a good option for you. Unlike most online real estate schools, this school doesn’t offer any video or audio - everything is written and to be read online.

For some people, this might be a little boring, so take note of that if you’re enrolling in this course. On the other hand, the all-text design makes it easy to access everything while you’re on the go.

Also, depending on how fast you read, you can finish it sooner rather than later.

Continuing Ed Express offers all three courses required to complete the pre-licensing part of becoming a real estate agent in the state. If you get all three courses from them, you get free exam prep!

Is It Better To Take Real Estate Classes Online or In-Person?

If you want to have more control over your schedule, then taking online real estate classes is superior to in-person classes.

There’s nothing you can do in-person that you can’t do online.

Interact with classmates? Most providers give you the opportunity to communicate with your peers and share your varying ideas related to real estate.

Furthermore, you receive one-on-one training and assistance from a certified instructor.

Apart from disconnecting from the internet, there’s no real con to studying online.

How Much Does Online Real Estate School In Minnesota Cost?

Courses may range from $70 to $600, depending on your provider.

To be sure that you don’t go over your budget, contact your chosen school’s customer service team and ask for an estimate for the overall cost of your course.

How Long Does Online Real Estate School in Minnesota Take?

Pre-licensing courses require students to finish 90-hours of training before they can proceed to take the final exam.

But students can finish in more than half the time, depending on how fast or slow they work.

CE programs, on the other hand, last about 15-20 hours, depending on what the student chooses to study.

What Do I Do if I Fail My Final Exam?

Most providers will give you a maximum of 3 tries to pass your final exam. If you fail after the third try, you’ll have to retake the course.

Conclusion

If you want to have more convenience and freedom in your life, it’s wise to choose an online real estate school to help you earn your license.

No more driving back and forth from home to school. No more suffering through blood-boiling traffic and stuffy classrooms with poor ventilation.

Relax and take classes from the comfort of your home!
