Here is an inside look at Colibri Real Estate:
The Weichert Real Estate School has been around since the 1980s, and they’ve since offered comprehensive courses led by expert instructors.
While most online real estate schools will just shower students with videos and PDFs, Weichert still offers hands-on learning with their webinars.
You can also get printed course textbooks delivered right to your doorstep for just around $15.
With Weichert virtual learning courses, you can get access to the basic courses, including Practice and Law, Contracts, Record-Keeping, and Maintaining accounts.
Apart from their expert instructors, Weichert has reliable customer service that you can contact for any technical or course-related issue.
The New Jersey Real Estate Institute offers flexible learning packages.
NJREI has many flexible schedules to suit every student’s schedule. They have weekday morning and evening classes, as well as Saturday classes.
At NJREI, you can opt for either full-time classes or part-time classes, or even a mix of both! Though the classes are live, you can customize your schedule so you finish as fast as you’d like.
Instructors are well-versed in real estate and business, so students can rest assured that they get the best of both worlds.
With their “10 students only” live stream, you’ll find interactive classes that are just as comprehensive as in-person courses. With this, it’s not surprising that NJREI has a pass rate of 90%.
Center for Real Estate Education also offers some of the most flexible courses in New Jersey.
You can finish the virtual online classes according to your schedule with the Mix and Match Package. Classes rotate regularly so that you can start anytime during the day or evening, including weekends.
While some virtual live-stream classes don’t offer additional resources, the Center for Real Estate Education offers unlimited daily practice tests, unlimited class retakes, cram classes, and a supplementary real estate math class.
If you have the budget, you can get the Master of Real Estate package at around $500. With this package, you’ll have access to a weekly study group, real estate dictionary, post-licensing training, and a 100% pass money-back guarantee.
While this course is one of the most expensive, they offer some of the most comprehensive online real estate packages in New Jersey.
If you’re looking for an in-depth real estate salesperson course, EZ Real Estate CE might be for you.
Besides the comprehensive basic courses, their best assets are their real estate mathematics, financing, mortgage, and valuation classes.
Students love that they offer multiple learning resources to suit every learning style. These include comprehensive chapter summaries, over 2,000 reviewers and quizzes on real estate vocabulary and concepts, as well as remedial math videos.
All PL classes are taught on weekdays in 5 hour live virtual sessions. Each course has a lecture and Q&A portion which is a huge plus for active learners.
The only downside to EZ Real Estate is that you can’t customize the classes to fit your schedule. Ideally, students should finish the course in 3 weeks.
Students who need more time are encouraged to take classes in other schools, but EZ real estate provides additional testing upon request.
