There’s no doubt that there are a lot of CRMs to choose from. The only problem is that not all of them are made for real estate agents.

Great news!

Wise Agent is a CRM software made specifically to address the needs of agents. It comes with a lead nurturing feature and a wide range of integrations from different sites.

So if you’ve been pulling leads from Google, Facebook, or Zillow, then this is a CRM that will most likely be ideal for you.

But before you grab it, check out our complete Wise Agent CRM review for real estate.

Here, we list all the things you need to know about Wise Agent. We’ll talk about what it is, its pricing, pros and cons, and more.

By the end of this post, you’ll be able to decide if it’s the CRM for YOU.

So let’s get right to it.

Wise Agent Overview

Wise Agent is a CRM software that uses direct integrations with other software to help realtors.

Its unique selling point is that the integrations present are those that real estate agents themselves use all the time – Google, DocuSign, Zillow, Zapier, and many more.

Wise Agent also doubles as a marketing tool that will help you craft and publish marketing materials such as brochures, emails, and text messages.

Although the platform looks a little outdated, Wise Agent has incorporated analytics into the software. In turn, you will be given reports on how likely you’re going to make a sale based on your contact list.

Moreover, Wise Agent allows you to sync contacts from different sources. And it also categorizes these contacts into buyers, sellers, and prospects.

To prove its credibility, Wise Agent is used in 40 countries and has been servicing real estate agents and brokers since 2001.

Wise Agent Features

What sets Wise Agent apart from its competitors is the real-estate-specific features that make your life a lot easier.

One of those features is lead nurturing.

Getting leads is one thing, but nurturing them into clients is a different ball game altogether. For one thing, not all real estate agents know what to say when nurturing a prospect.

That’s where Wise Agent’s email marketing feature comes in.

This feature, although not as robust compared to an email marketer, allows you to send newsletters to all your contacts. It also lets you do A/B testing to see how different messages will perform.

Taking it a notch further, Wise Agent allows integration with DocuSign.

Since Wise Agent lets you handle all your emails through the software, its DocuSign feature can help get those signatures without having to use separate software.

Does it also have Zapier?

Yes, it does. However, Wise Agent focuses more on direct integrations with software rather than letting them pass through Zapier.

You’ll notice this when you use the different tools in the suite because you won’t be using Zapier that often.

Wise Agent Pricing

There are two plans available – the regular plan and the enterprise plan.

The regular plan can either be billed monthly or annually. Each month costs $29, but if you get an annual plan, you only pay $299.

For this price point, Wise Agent falls under the usual range of CRM monthly fees. It also gives a great value for money considering that it comes with several marketing tools.

And what’s great about this pricing is that even if you go for a month-to-month plan, Wise Agent won’t ask you to have a contract with them.

If you’re planning to get an enterprise plan, it’s better to contact Wise Agent directly. This way, you can get a quote that is more suited to your needs.

To add to all that, they also offer a 14-day free trial. So before you commit, you can check if the software works well for you.

Wise Agent Pros

Here are the top advantages of Wise Agent over other CRMs:

  • Gives regular reports on lead nurturing, email marketing, and operations (i.e. meetings)
  • Has many direct integrations
  • Responsive and knowledgeable customer service

There’s no doubt that the analytics feature of Wise Agent is a very useful tool for any real estate agent. I mean, agents are always looking to maximize their efforts while yielding results.

The fact that this feature isn’t available for a lot of CRMs makes Wise Agent an impressive one.

Add to that the many direct integrations you get to enjoy.

And even with these integrations, Wise Agent has created a seamless contact syncing. It is able to keep up with regular updates on what you have done and need to do for contacts in different sales stages.

Wise Agent’s customer service is worth noting, too.

While there aren’t a lot of bugs on the site, Wise Agent has 24/7 customer service support ready to help you with anything.

The team’s response time is quick. Plus, their team is super helpful and knowledgeable. You can contact them via email or phone.

Wise Agent Cons

Now, let’s take a look at the cons of Wise Agent:

  • Interface is outdated
  • Some pages and functionalities are not intuitive
  • No Microsoft integration

Sure, the interface being outdated isn’t a deal-breaker. However, the lack of intuitiveness in a lot of its features makes Wise Agent a struggle to use.

It seems that the design was made with the premise that people who will be using Wise Agent are those who have already used CRMs before.

So if you haven’t used a CRM before, this could give you a bit of a learning curve.

There’s also the lack of a Microsoft 365 integration.

If you’re using Microsoft 365, you will have to transfer all your files to Google so that it can easily sync to the software.

These additional steps can be an inconvenience, so there’s that to consider.

That said, there are a lot of other integrations you can use to compensate for this. So it isn’t a big worry.

Final Thoughts

Wise Agent is a reliable and robust CRM software for real estate agents and brokers.

It has all the necessary features that will help you get started with marketing and lead nurturing.

It may need a few improvements, but overall, it will provide you with great help and convenience. It is a CRM software that will automate a few manual things you do in your day-to-day operations.
