Okay, let’s move on to the details.
Availability
Of the two, 360 Training has a wider availability range, with its pre-licensing courses offered in 14 states (you can check the 14 states listed above).
While it isn’t as widely available compared to other online real estate schools, it still manages to tick all the major states, such as California, Florida, and Texas.
360 Training’s continuing education (CE) courses, on the other hand, are offered in over 30 states. Real estate license holders looking to renew can rest easy here.
Post-licensing courses are also provided in 5 states, which is a real plus if you’re in one of the states that require these courses on your first license renewal.
AYPO Real Estate is pretty limited in comparison.
It only supports pre-licensing courses in 6 states (which you can check from the table above).
However, its limitations only go as far as pre-licensing. The CE availability is much better as AYPO Real Estate offers it to almost all the states.

User Experience
With 360 Training, you’ll get a wonderful site experience with a sleek UI. The platform is very easy to navigate, and there are few to no bugs and/or glitches.
And if you run into a problem, you can always trust its customer support to help you as soon as possible.
What’s more, the lessons are so engaging. This will help you understand and retain the information better.
AYPO Real Estate is easy to navigate, too.
With its organized curriculum, you won’t be left confused about the platform and lessons.
On the downside, there are some tech issues that might occur. Nothing too bad, though.
Also, we have to say that customer support is not the best. You might have to wait a while for a response.
Features
360 Training lets you choose from different packages, which vary in features and prices.
Its Basic plan includes everything you’ll need to satisfy state requirements and pass the licensing exam. So if you don’t need too many resources, then this is your cheapest option.
The Premium plan offers you additional exam prep and online proctoring. This will allow you to take the licensing exam from the comfort of your own home (if allowed in your state).
However, 360 Training offers its packages at rates that are a bit higher than its competition. So it isn’t the cheapest one you’ll find.
AYPO Real Estate, on the other hand, has more affordable packages.
Its basic plan comes with the necessary courses, a Pass or Don’t Pay guarantee, review questions, state exam prep, and, in the end, a Course Completion Certificate.
The deluxe plan adds downloadable PDFs of the entire lesson and a real estate exam prep.
The highest plan comes with online proctoring (if your state allows it).
Reviews
Reading student reviews will give you better insight into how these online schools fare.
Here’s one review for 360 Training:
‘‘I really enjoyed my training with 360training. The course was very informative and the additional audio features made following along and retaining the course objectives.’’
Here’s a less-than-perfect AYPO Real Estate review:
‘‘Meh… The AYOP platform offers several exams. I should have used a dedicated platform for real estate, as the AYOP people lack real-world industry knowledge.’’
Alternative
Not impressed with the two schools?
Then maybe you should look into Colibri Real Estate (formerly known as Real Estate Express).
