Availability

AYPO Real Estate doesn’t offer extensive availability, with its pre-licensing courses available in only 6 states (see states above) — with big states such as California being completely missed out.

On the other hand, though, it does provide a wide array of CE courses, with availability in almost every state. So if you’re looking to renew your real estate license, AYPO Real Estate is a great choice. 

RealEstateU is ahead when it comes to pre-licensing, offering its courses in 14 states (see states above). But for CE, it’s very limited, only available in 1 state (WA). 

Course Options

AYPO Real Estate offers pre-licensing, exam prep, and continuing education courses. 

Additionally, it also offers Mortgage Loan Originator pre-licensing and CE courses.

Now, AYPO Real Estate offers a range of different package tiers that vary based on the state.

Depending on the state, you can choose anywhere from 1 to 4 package options, with premium plans that come with additional features for a steeper price tag.

Other features you may receive include online exam proctoring (if your state allows it), exam prep tests, downloadable PDFs, and more. 

RealEstateU offers similar to AYPO Real Estate, with an extra course on post-licensing (only available in FL). 

As for its packages, this school keeps it simple by offering a single plan in every state. This plan already includes all the fundamental courses and extra features to improve learning productivity.

User Experience

AYPO Real Estate is very easy to use. This is thanks to its very organized curriculum. You’ll find your lessons very smooth sailing. 

That said, it doesn’t have the best customer support. You might have to wait a while before you get a response. 

And also, you might face a few bugs and glitches here and there. Nothing a page refresh can’t fix, though. 

All in all, we’d say that AYPO Real Estate doesn’t have the best user experience, but it doesn’t have the worst either. 

What about RealEstateU? 

RealEstateU boasts quick and fun lessons. This combination will allow you to understand and retain the information better while completing everything in just a few weeks. 

On top of that, it offers great customer service, too. And there are a few technical issues, thanks to its simpler UI. 

If we’re simply looking at user experience, then we prefer RealEstateU over AYPO Real Estate.
