Appraisal Institute

Appraisal Institute

Appraisal Institute is a trusted and well-known appraisal education provider all over the world!

They are also known as the largest association of real estate appraisers. I mean, they have more than 17,000 members globally and continue to expand each year.

If you go for this institute, you have an option to choose in-classroom, online self-paced, or live online classes. The most popular option is the self-paced online courses because it’s convenient, mobile-friendly, and interactive.

Appraisal Institute puts effort into continuously improving its courses. These include videos, images, audio, and texts for a better learning experience.

The only downside is they don’t offer packages. So if you’re not familiar with the courses you should take, you’ll have trouble choosing which one to enroll in.

Dynasty School

Dynasty School is the lesser-known appraisal provider.

However, that’s not to say it isn’t any good!

In fact, it is even IDECC-certified. This means that it meets the requirements for orientation, testing, feedback system, and an outstanding educational platform. So you can trust this online appraisal school.

Like McKissock, you get a whole lot of packages to choose from. You can get complete packages, combo packages, or whatnot. This makes it easy to complete your qualifying education requirements in Utah.

And yes, it does offer the online benefits as well. You can study it anytime and anywhere.
